Customer Service & Return Policy

At Royce Arms, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
To avoid the inconvenience and expense of returns, we strongly encourage customers to contact us with any questions about products before placing an order.

Important Notice: Sezzle Purchases

All purchases made through Sezzle are final.
No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for Sezzle transactions under any circumstances.

Product Condition and Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold by Royce Arms are new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you encounter a product defect, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement — whether it is Royce Arms or another manufacturer.

Returns and RMA Process

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Royce Arms.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA form with detailed instructions for shipping your return.

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and registration cards.

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.

We recommend using the original shipping box to return your items and clearly writing the RMA number on the outer package or invoice.
Do not return items in only the manufacturer’s box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.
If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact your shipping carrier directly.

Firearms Policy
Cancellations
  • Cancelled firearm orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

  • Engraving fees are non-refundable.

  • NFA-regulated firearms that have already been transferred cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns
  • Once a firearm has been transferred from the FFL dealer to the buyer, it cannot be returned.

  • Please carefully inspect your firearm at the FFL location before completing the transfer paperwork. If you are unsatisfied, do not proceed with the transfer.

  • After a firearm has been transferred into your possession, any issues or defects must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Firearms left unclaimed for more than 180 days will be considered abandoned and may be resold.

Accessories Policy
    • Accessories must be new, unmounted, and resalable to qualify for return or exchange.

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

    • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.

Service & Gunsmithing Policy
  • All gunsmithing or service work requires payment in advance per our established fee schedule.

  • Items left with our gunsmith for more than 180 days without pickup will be considered abandoned and may be auctioned or resold.

Used Firearms Policy
  • All used firearms are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
    Used firearms may display typical signs of wear or minor cosmetic imperfections.
    Product listings and photographs represent the actual firearm being sold. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for additional photos.
    Each product description clearly outlines any included accessories.

    There are no returns on used firearms or any of the following items:

    • Firearms

    • Ammunition

    • Optics

    • Flashlights

    • Barrels and barreled receivers

    • Tools

    No exceptions.
