Store Policy
Purchasing Firearms Online

Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to anyone who does not hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Therefore, any firearm purchased through our website must either be picked up in person at our store or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice.
Before shipping your firearm(s), we will contact and verify the selected FFL. Buyers are strongly encouraged to confirm with their chosen FFL dealer prior to completing the purchase to ensure compliance and smooth transfer.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of the purchase date for assistance.

Please note that sales are final on the following items:

  • All firearms and serialized components

  • Special order items

  • Any product sold “as is” or “used,” or that has been installed or modified after delivery

  • NFA-regulated items

  • Optics, illumination devices, and electronic sights

  • Ammunition

Used Firearms

All sales of used firearms are final and non-returnable. Descriptions and available photographs are provided by the seller for reference purposes only. Royce Arms is not responsible for variations in cosmetic or functional condition beyond those described.

General Firearm Sales

All firearm, magazine, receiver, and law enforcement–restricted item sales and shipments are conducted in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some firearms, magazines, or accessories may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations before placing an order.

New firearms are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging, complete with applicable magazines, accessories, and warranties.
If warranty service is required, firearms must be returned directly to the manufacturer within one year of purchase.
Accessories and special-order items not normally sold by Royce Arms are not covered under warranty unless explicitly guaranteed by Royce Arms in writing. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty support on such products.

Secure Transmission

All sensitive data collected during checkout is protected through Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. This technology (formerly known as SSL) establishes a secure connection between your browser and our website, ensuring that all transmitted information remains private and protected from unauthorized access.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 10 business days from either our in-store inventory or one of our distributor warehouses.
We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for shipping, and tracking numbers are provided for shipments via UPS and FedEx.

In-Store Pickup

Online purchases designated for in-store pickup will be held at Royce Arms for up to two weeks at no charge.
Orders not picked up within this time may incur a holding fee of $10 per week thereafter.
If an order remains unclaimed for over 30 days from the fulfillment date, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and cancellation at Royce Arms’ discretion.

Online Price & Description Errors

Inventory and pricing are updated frequently. From time to time, errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing may occur. Royce Arms does not guarantee that all website content is completely accurate or error-free.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains incorrect information or pricing.
If such a cancellation occurs, no charge will be made to your credit card, or you will receive a full refund if the charge has already been processed.

Online Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, applied at the discretion of Royce Arms.

Ammunition Purchases

  • Buyers must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

  • All ammunition orders are shipped via ground service with an adult signature required upon delivery.

  • Always ensure that you are using the correct ammunition for your firearm.

  • Please verify all local and state laws regarding ammunition purchase, shipment, and possession before ordering.
